- 4. Filled Application Form (Download form)
- 5. Relevant Certificate(s)/Document(s).
- 6. Transfer Certificate (For students who passed the HS 1st year exam, 2025 from other Board/ Council as enlisted on the portal.)
- 7. Filled Registration Form (for other board student) (Download form)
- 8. Migration Certificate (if applicable).
